Full Criteria

 

  • Minimum of $100K in AR under 90 days.
  • Prospect must be a US LLC or Corporation.
  • Trades we typically don’t get involved with: Trucking, Construction (progress billing), Garment, Communications, International, PACA (farming), Cannabis, Consignment Sales, Sole Proprietors.
  • Everything else, including medical and junior UCC positions is probably eligible.  
  • Poor Personal Credit: usually something we can work around if the AR and the rest of the picture is strong
